What are the membership and session fees?

Our annual membership {Fees are payable after 3 trial sessions and a membership form have been completed}.Juniors (under 18) - £10Seniors (over 18)  - £20Session fees (Normally 3 hours but can be extended if required to 4 hours){The cost of hiring Room 5 is currently £28.50 session, hence why we require sufficient numbers to be confirmed on the "WhatsApp Group" before we are able to confirm the room has been booked - The minimum requirement is to achieve £25.00 income per session to reduce the subsidy required by the Club}Juniors (under 18) - £3Seniors (over 18) £5

How do I pay my membership or session fees?

Annual memberships can be paid by BACS transfer or by cash at a session. Session fees should be paid preferably by BACS transfer at  least 48 hours before the session to ensure sufficient players are attending before the room is booked from Holy Trinity. 
Should there be insufficent numbers a credit will be allowed for future sessions or a refund issued if requested.If BACS transfers are not possible then please pay by cash at the session and notify us of your intention to play preferably 48 hours beforehand.BACS transfers details will only be supplied to players who have completed a membership formAn alternative syetem of payment via the website is currently being investigated. If this is possible details will be published.

What happens to any profits made by the club?

At the end of the Financial Year any profits will be donated to Holy Trinity Church.

Question 4

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

While we encourage players to bring their own table tennis bats we do have some available.We provide high-quality, professional-grade tables and balls for all members.

How do I sign up and pay for a session?

We are developing a booking system but until then a WhatsApp group is used to advise members of session availability. Confirmation of attendance should be made through the "WhatsApp" group which sends out a weekly poll to show the sessions available each week to registered participants/members.Payments for sessions will be managed through our online booking system when completed.Currently via a BACS transfer or cash on the day. Confirmation of attendance is required to ensure the minimum requirement of 5 is achieved prior to booking the room.

Are there social sessions for beginners?

Absolutely! We host weekly social sessions specifically for beginners and those looking to improve their game. These sessions are a great way to meet new people and learn the fundamentals at your own pace.

What age groups do you cater for and what sessions are available?

We welcome players of all ages. To begin with this will be on a Friday afternoon but additional dates/times may be added if there is a demand.Juniors (Under 18)  program  - After-school - Usually between 15.30 and 17.30 during term-time but can be varied in the school holiday.
